Pixel Lineage: Castle Repair Order for Your Gold Budget
Compare repair costs and decide between equipment, potion, oath, and auction access while keeping the follow-up service spending in your budget.
For an early Pixel Lineage hero, repair the Blacksmith first when equipment improvement is the bottleneck, or the Alchemist first when potion access is the immediate need. Delay Auction House and the Shrine of Oaths until their service fits a concrete plan; the best order depends on what prevents your next successful run.
This gameplay video shows the interface and turn-based rhythm that the following choices use.
Buy access to the improvement you need
| Building | Repair gold | Prioritize when |
|---|---|---|
| Blacksmith | 150 | You want to craft or hone useful equipment |
| Alchemist | 100 | Potion buying, selling or brewing solves a recovery need |
| Shrine of Oaths | 350 | You are ready to choose and rank an oath |
| Auction House | 250 | You have a concrete cross-server listing or purchase plan |
These are conditional priorities, not an official mandatory sequence. A 100-gold repair can be the right first purchase when recovery is your problem; a 150-gold Blacksmith can be more useful when a new weapon or honing improves the build.
Keep service spending after the repair in view
The Blacksmith's repair is only the opening cost. Crafting also needs materials and gold, while honing needs a matching whetstone and an attempt fee. If you spend your entire balance on the repair, you may open the service without having the resources for the action you wanted.
Apply the same reasoning to the Alchemist. Opening potion services is useful when you can use them, not merely because the building has the cheapest repair number. Budget the access and the immediate follow-up together.
Do not pay for buildings that start repaired
The Inn, Trade Hall and Guild Hall already begin repaired. Use the Inn for shared storage or changing heroes. Trade Hall provides direct trades from level 10, with both sides confirming. Guild Hall supports invitations or founding a guild, with the 1,000-gold founding charge separate from building repair.
That means useful castle actions remain available while you save for a ruined building. Repairing everything is not a prerequisite to storing gear, planning trades or joining a guild.
Treat oaths and auctions as planned investments
The Shrine costs 350 gold to repair and supports one active oath, ranked with Knowledge. Choose it when the oath's effect fits the hero, rather than opening it with no resources or build direction afterward.
The Auction House costs 250 to repair and charges a 10% listing fee. Its value depends on having something worth buying or listing. If the immediate goal is completing a safer adventure, gear access or potion services may improve the next run more directly.
